overseen or assisted in the overall production of 30-plus feature films in
all genres and in all formats.

Teaster’s Lionsgate and, most recently, Book of Ruth, Journey of Faith have
been distributed throughout the world market. DJ has a reputation for
delivering high-quality product and staying on schedule and budget. He has

JBL.
Several of his scripts have been produced into feature-length motion
pictures and novelized for publication. He has several scripts in
development for production with a variety of international companies.
As an actor he has become one of the most sought out independent leading
men, sharing the screen with many legends of the entertainment industry. He
does so with a humble, appreciative attitude that makes him a draw in front
of and behind the camera.

“What's fascinating is that people all
over the world are challenged every minute, every second with choosing paths
to take. 7 Stones is about one of those persons realizing they made a very
bad choice(s) and having the courage to start over. I think of films like
Norma Rae that are about people being faced with great injustice and
stumbling on their path to right it, but nevertheless pressing forward to
‘make it right.’ I guess I would call the quality gumption. I don't want to
be presumptuous, but I would hope that there's a lesson in 7 Stones about
that. Inspiring people is one of the things that make movies so wonderful.”

Actress,
Melissa Anschutz
LAURA, "7 Stones"

including lead roles in The Domino Effect, Monogamy, Yesterday’s Fears and
One Step Too Far among many others. Melissa played a recurring role on the
television series The Midnight Hour, was a featured sketch performer on the
comedy series You’ve Got to Be Kidding Me America and appeared in Night
Moves, a pilot for HBO. She has also had significant experience as a model,
spokesmodel and commercial performer. Melissa is represented by MP Talent
Management Group in Grand Rapids, Mich.
“I was a theatre major in college, but practical speeches and daunting
numbers offered me a distraction from my passion – an easy excuse to veil my
fears of perception and failure. For a number of years this is where I hid,
performing only for the local audience of family and friends … until my
blessed moment of truth arrived, carrying far too many signs to be ignored.
With my faith with me and a family’s push of support, I let go, realizing,
it wasn’t acceptance that I sought but rather just the mere chance to
perform. Since then I’ve found no matter how big or small a project, each
character I’ve been given the pleasure of becoming has proven rich with
personality. I’ve lived within films, television, theater and various other
performance genres. My experience includes 15 films, four television series,
several print and/or spokesmodel environments and too many theatre
productions to count. I’ve worked with some of the most brilliant and
talented writers, actors, producers, directors and crew members, and, at
this moment, even within the smaller scale in the vast land of this
business, I can confidently say, ‘I’m living my dream.’”
